This includes any products that have been customised with additional text beneath the badge or any printing on the reverse of the garment.
We are pleased to offer a full refund or exchange for items returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they have not been worn, used, or personalised.
When returning an item, please include the original invoice wherever possible to assist with processing.
Exchanges: While return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, we will cover the cost of dispatching the replacement item.
Please clearly indicate the product and size you require as a replacement when sending your return.
Should any additional payment be required, we will contact you once the returned item has been received.
